                  For in-stock items, they will be processed and dispatched within a week.

                  All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Domestic orders will be delivered by SF Express. For International Orders, please WhatsApp us at +852 5978 2279 to see if delivery is possible to your location.

                • Returns

                  We accept returns within 7 days after the order is delivered. All returns must be unworn, with no signs of wear or damage, and in their original packaging.

                  We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund after we receive the goods. We do not refund shipping costs.

                  Return shipping within Hong Kong will be covered if you request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your goods.

                  Personalized and customized orders, including custom design, sizing, and engraved items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

                   

                  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders.

                   

                  We do not accept partial returns for single products i.e. only returning a chain or a pendant from a necklace purchase.

                  Returns are typically processed within 10 business days. Credit card refunds usually take 10 business days to appear on your statement.

                  Exchanges


                  We accept exchanges within 7 days after the order is delivered. All exchanges must be unworn, with no signs of wear or damage, and in their original packaging.

                  Custom sizing and resizing take up to 15-20 business days, with possible delays during peak periods.

                  Please note that custom and resized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

                   

                  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders.

                  For necklaces, bracelets, and rings, we offer one-time exchange for a different size, for the same metal type and stone.

                  We offer a one-time free resizing service for rings up to HK size 13 or below. Additional cost will be charged for sizes above US size 13.

                  Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings or piercing jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

                  Return shipping within Hong Kong will be covered if you request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your goods.
